Toronto, ONRumble Boxing Yorkville is looking for a driven, ambitious, and highly organized Part-Time Partnerships & Community Manager to help grow our local presence, brand reach, and community impact.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, naturally proactive, and excited by business development, brand partnerships, events, and local marketing. You will play a key role in helping Rumble show up in the Yorkville community through outreach, relationship-building, partnership activations, and local lead generation.This is not a passive social media role. We are looking for someone who is energized by outreach, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated by helping create real business opportunities through partnerships, pop-ups, events, giveaways, and community engagement.What You'll Do
- Identify and build relationships with local businesses, brands, residential partners, community groups, and event opportunities in Yorkville and surrounding areas
- Conduct outbound outreach through Instagram DM, email, phone, and in-person networking
- Support the creation of giveaway partnerships, pop-ups, brand collaborations, community activations, and cross-promotional opportunities
- Generate leads for:
- local business partnerships
- brand and influencer collaborations
- community event opportunities
- private group bookings and private classes
- PR agency outreach and brand experience opportunities
- Research and build prospect lists of:
- local brands
- condo and residential partners
- corporate offices
- PR agencies
- wellness, beauty, fashion, hospitality, and lifestyle brands
- Manage partnership outreach pipelines and track follow-up, responses, meetings, and outcomes
- Coordinate basic partnership logistics and execution support for activations and events
- Work with studio leadership to ensure partnerships are aligned with revenue and brand goals
- Help support local Instagram growth by identifying collaboration opportunities, creator relationships, repost opportunities, community engagement, and local brand visibility
- Assist with capturing and organizing partnership opportunities that can drive:
- new first-time clients
- private event leads
- local awareness
- community credibility
- revenue opportunities
- local partnership conversations
- community collaboration opportunities

- Naturally outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations
- Highly proactive and self-directed

- Strong written communicator with a polished but human tone
- Interested in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, or local brand building
- Comfortable with outreach and not discouraged by hearing “no”
- Ambitious and eager to grow within a fast-paced brand
- Able to take ownership and move quickly without constant follow-up
- Strong sense of professionalism and follow-through
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, events, sales, PR, social media, or community management
- Experience using Instagram for brand outreach or community engagement is a strong asset
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, event coordination, or client-facing communication is a plus
- Experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, wellness, events, lifestyle brands, or luxury/consumer-facing environments is an asset
- Existing familiarity with the Yorkville, downtown Toronto, or local luxury/wellness scene
- Experience reaching out to brands, creators, PR agencies, or local businesses
- A strong understanding of what makes a good local brand partnership
- Comfort being in-studio occasionally for activations, events, or content support
