- Manage project budgets, scope, schedules, resourcing, and, ensuring high-quality delivery in coordination with technical specialists, coordinators, and technicians.
- Manage client relationships, engage on new opportunities, develop proposals and scopes of work.
- Apply project management tools, PMI-aligned methods, and best practices to plan, track, and execute projects that meet stakeholder expectations and business needs.
- Lead hazardous building materials assessments, including asbestos, lead, PCBs, mercury components, ozone-depleting substances, and mold, and collect samples for laboratory analysis.
- Develop and review hazardous materials reports, safe work procedures, management plans, abatement specifications, and exposure control plans.
- Conduct hazardous materials condition assessments, abatement/remediation inspections, and air monitoring, producing clear daily and completion reports.
- Support indoor air quality and occupational hygiene projects under the direction of a Certified Industrial Hygienist.
- Assist clients with asset assessments, data management, and compliance related to regulated materials.
- Work safely in varied field conditions, including remote environments and physically demanding settings, with occasional light to moderate lifting.
- Education in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, with 5-8 years' experience in occupational hygiene, hazardous materials, environmental assessments, monitoring, and/or project management.
- Professional designations such as CRSP, CIH, ROHT (or progression toward them) are preferred; hazardous materials training (AHERA, Asbestos Worker, Lead/Mold courses) is an asset.
- Strong experience with project financial tracking, change management, and risk identification/mitigation aligned with the PMBOK.
- Skilled in project planning and analysis using MS Excel or similar tools, with proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Highly organized, adaptable, able to work independently or collaboratively, and calm under pressure.
- Class 5 driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and a good driving record (abstract required).
- Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a commitment to technical excellence.

MB & ON: $80,500 - $112,400
