What's the Job?Schedule: Full-time | 8 hours/day (flex hours may be required)
Pay Rate: $25-$28/hour
Employment Type: 3 Month ContractRole SummaryProvide administrative support to the Order Management team responsible for the order-to-cash cycle for single-phase and three-phase UPS products and projects.Key Responsibilities
  • Cancel and adjust order lines
  • Retrieve invoices from a centralized system and submit to customers via email
  • Perform order administration and data cleanup
  • Support high-volume order processing in a fast-paced environment
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years in customer service or administrative support
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree
  • Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with extensive daily keyboarding
Preferred
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Project Management experience
  • Engineering Technology diploma or Engineering degree
