- A relevant Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, journalism, literature, or similar
- A minimum of 6 years of experience preparing and tailoring content for clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, including a keen eye for detail
- An empathetic approach, with the ability to put yourself in the clients' shoes
- Ability to work with practitioners from varying backgrounds, communicate to executive leadership, lead teams in strategic discussions, and influence others
- Exceptional follow-up skills, with the ability to read a situation and adapt your style to achieve results-both in person and remotely
- Experience interpreting and analyzing complex RFX documents (including Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, and Requests for Qualifications) and structuring and editing content to respond to client requirements
- Ability to collate and synthesize large amounts of information into a persuasive story
- Strong document management skills in MS Word and PowerPoint, including the ability to collaborate creatively and coordinate with others to produce appealing and compelling sales materials
- Curiosity about, and comfort using and creating GenAI prompts and workflows in pursuits to support and execute common writing and review tasks
- Ability to apply judgment to AI outputs by reviewing, questioning and refining AI-generated content using pursuit and proposal expertise; flagging gaps and risks; and ensuring outputs meet sales excellence and firm standards for quality, clarity and confidentiality
- Experience drafting presentation and video scripts that successfully transform complex information into engaging, audience-appropriate narratives
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience writing proposals to address the unique needs of Canadian public sector entities, including the Government of Canada
