- Lead analytics initiatives end-to-end: size opportunities, design and analyze experiments, develop and monitor key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain user-friendly dashboards in Periscope and other BI tools, enabling self-serve access and improving visibility into product and business performance.
- Provide consultative support to leadership, tailoring analysis to highlight the “so what” for decision-making.
- Identify and deliver opportunities for automation and process improvement in the analytics pipeline.
- Regularly audit and improve data quality and integrity, collaborating with engineering and central data functions to ensure strong foundations.
- Contribute expertise in experimentation, pricing, payments, and product adoption to drive growth outcomes.
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science or business intelligence roles, preferably within a SAAS environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL to query large datasets. Experience working with clickstream event data is preferred.
- Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms and visualization tools like Goolge BigQuery, Looker, Tableau.
- Experience with experimentation in a product-driven setting and in developing analytics capabilities and tooling
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate well with different teams, with minimal guidance.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for explaining complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.Benefits & Perks:
