- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the development of the in-retail sales pipeline for retail programs.
- Work directly with Canada’s top grocery retailer to identify growth opportunities and drive sales.
- Develop and present compelling client proposals that showcase our value proposition.
- Manage client programming and deliverables, including program development, marketing materials, contracting, and reporting.
- Leverage category and client insights to build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring program continuity.
- Project manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution.
- Regularly present quarterly business reviews with retail partners, highlighting program performance and growth areas.
- Collaborate with Mosaic centers of excellence to ensure all program deliverables are met efficiently.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by demonstrating strong organizational, collaboration, and reporting skills.
- Juggle multiple projects and deliverables effectively, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.

- Leverage your sales experience to source net new contacts within the industry.
- Create strong connections with our retail clients by actively engaging with them.
- Effectively manage conversations with key departments, such as Category teams and marketing.
- Leverage your account management experience to nurture existing client relationships. Understand their needs, pain points, and growth opportunities.
- Proactively address any challenges or issues that arise. Be a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Productively adapt to changes dictated by the client or market dynamics. Embrace flexibility and agility.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years in Marketing or Account Management
- Experience in retail ideal, CPG exposure a bonus
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking & time management skills
- Proven collaboration with cross functional teams within a working environment
- Superb organizational skills – execution, and deliverables
- Excellent Excel and technological skills
