As a Tire Retread Technician, you’ll play a key role in extending the life of commercial tires through the retreading process, helping reduce waste and support our commitment to sustainability. You’ll be part of a close-knit production team that values precision, safety, and teamwork.What to Expect in This Role:
To help you decide if this role is the right fit, here’s what a typical day looks like:
- You’ll work in a manufacturing environment that can be warm, noisy, and fast-paced.
- You’ll be on your feet most of the day, using hand tools and machines to inspect, buff, and prepare tires for retreading.
- The work is repetitive but methodical, requiring patience and a strong attention to detail.
- You’ll wear protective gear (gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots) and follow strict safety procedures.
- You’ll be part of a supportive team that works together to meet daily production goals.

- Paid training, covering Wheel Refinishing, Shipping/Receiving, and Retread operations.

- Full-time day shifts.
- Paid Training 7:00 am- 3:30 pm
- Permanent Schedule 9:00 am- 5:30 pm
- No Shift Rotation.
- Sunday's and Holiday's off.

- Basic computer skills for recording production data.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
