- Provide operational leadership, guidance, and oversight to partner leadership teams operating across Quebec.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between ATSI, the client, and partner leadership teams, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations, and timely issue resolution.
- Oversee the overall quality of field work delivered by partner teams, ensuring installations and repairs meet client and Aecon standards.
- Manage program performance by reviewing SLA metrics such as customer satisfaction scores, visit completion, repeat rates, and upselling opportunities
- Ensure partner teams maintain strong training programs and deliver ongoing technical and procedural training to their technicians.
- Lead safety compliance for partner operations, including field safety audits, hazard assessments, and adherence to Aecon's HSE requirements.
- Promote an inclusive and collaborative work culture across all partner organizations.
- Support partner leadership teams in coaching technicians on effective product-recommendation practices.
- Ensure partner teams receive the tools, training, and product knowledge needed for technicians to identify customer needs and recommend additional client solutions during installation and repair visits.
- Review sales results with partner leaders to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in attach and conversion rates.
- Work with ATSI and the client to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and execution of sales initiatives across Quebec.
- 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated experience managing quality, safety, and performance across multiple partner groups.
- Strong customer-service mindset with well-developed problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel throughout Quebec as required.
