• Physically load product onto equipment, pallets or totes
• Restack lumber to apply sticks between layers
• Put-away and pick product for shipment or stock. Ensure the exact number and type of products, within the production order, are checked and loaded correctly.
• Compare the quantity, quality, labeling, and address with the production order to ensure equipment loading is complete and correct.
• Maintain the facility and the facility's equipment in a neat, clean, orderly fashion. Inspect all operated equipment daily.
• Complete daily inspection of equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Operate the aligning station of the billet line, this includes verifying lumber quality at station
• Gather and empty waste into dump bins
• Manually install fasteners as per drawings

• Able to operate basic computer functions including software programs and applications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent in process or complete
• Conducts themselves in a professional manner when receiving or giving feedback/information, whether it is positive or constructive
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and drive a team to succeed
