IT Systems Administrator

- Primary point of contact for on-premise and remote employees requesting IT assistance
- Ownership of Miovision’s IT Service Desk ticketing system and end-user support
- Escalating Service Desk ticket requests to tier-2 support
- Onboarding of new employees including workstation setup and account creation/management
- Offboarding of employees, accounts and systems
- Server provisioning and maintenance
- Troubleshooting Windows Desktop, Windows Server, MacOS, Ubuntu workstation and network issues
- After-hours on-call support as needed
- Management of Directory & Identity Services: Okta, AD, Azure AD, Jamf
- Procurement and management of IT supplies and assets such as workstation, server components and peripherals
- Managing enterprise-distributed applications such as Anti-virus solutions including access and permission control
- Detail-oriented, ability to adhere to service level metrics
- Customer-focused ideally with previous experience in an experience in a service role
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous hands-on technology experience
- Proficient with Windows and MacOS workstations
- Experience with Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
- Experience with Okta, or equivalent identity management tooling
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with Google Workspace and Office 365
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to document standard operating procedures
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
