Associate DirectorOpen to applicants in Manchester (Hybrid working, 2 Days WFH)We are working with a global consultancy looking to appoint an Associate Director within their civil infrastructure team.Key Responsibilities - Associate Director
  • Lead large scale infrastructure project delivery
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
  • Oversee projects to ensure delivery against programme, budget, and quality objectives
  • Provide technical guidance across design and project lifecycle stages
  • Carry out technical reviews and quality assurance of engineering outputs
  • Support the preparation of fee proposals, cost estimates, and delivery programmes
  • Contribute to client engagement and winning work
Experience Required – Associate Director
  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
  • Chartered Engineer (MICE or equivalent)
  • Strong experience delivering projects within a consultancy environment
Technical capability across:
  • Drainage design (including SuDS and surface water management)
  • Highways and external works design
  • Experience working with statutory approvals and agreements (e.g. highways and drainage adoptions)
  • Proven track record in team leadership and project delivery
  • Comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams on complex developments
