The Construction Site Foreman will oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards. This role requires expertise in hands-on site management, particularly in ICI addition projects, in the Edmonton area.

Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines. Report directly to the Site Superintendent providing project site based support wherever required.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and inventory management.
Provide mentorship and guidance to site workers, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding updates and project needs.
Implement solutions to resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
