IntroductionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA Lead to join our team. This role will involve working on complex systems integration and development projects, particularly in the financial industry.Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 6-8 years in relevant roles.
Strong expertise in Pega and Automation QE.
Lead System Architect (LSA) Pega with 10 years of experience.
3 years of experience in financial industry integrations.
End-to-end application integration experience.
Experience in Authorization and engineering components.
Experience with Pega AIM accelerator.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Smart Dispute framework (not required).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and manage systems integration projects.
Develop and implement complex engineering components.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
