High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in construction, site maintenance, or general labor tasks
Own transportation to and from work
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50 lbs or more)

Day in the LifeGet ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of construction as a labourer and become the backbone of our Petitcodiac portable asphalt plant. From grading the site to prepping and working with concrete, get ready to use your rake, shovel, and roller with finesse as you transform ordinary streets into sleek avenues.Whether it's hauling materials, wielding power tools like a pro, or mastering the art of equipment, everyday brings a new adventure.Safety will always be your top priority, including:

Taking part in required safety trainings
Maintaining and participating in daily safety tasks
Wearing PPE and following all safety protocols
Staying alert to potential hazards and contributing to a strong safety culture
