At Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. we breed winners.As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Your day-to-day tasks will include:ResponsibilitiesShipping & Receiving: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments of machines and partsInventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, review & action reorder reports, and conduct weekly cycle countsDocumentation & Filing: Organize and file records related to inventory, shipments, and returnsOrder Fulfillment: Pick and pack parts for sales orders, services, and in-house work orders. Closely working with our Waterloo Warehouse team to order and transfer partsReturns Processing: Timely processing of parts returns from Services, Work orders, and Sales ordersNon-Conformance Reports (NCRs): Assist in identifying and documenting product discrepanciesLabeling & Packaging: Create kit labels, repackage parts as required, and ensure accurate labelingWarehouse Maintenance: Keep both lower and upper warehouse areas clean and organizedSafety Compliance: Perform regular safety inspections and complete assigned safety tasksReceiving Verification: Sign for incoming parcels and match packing slips to purchase orders, receiving Purchase orders on systems.Track HSE statistics and reportingExperience/QualificationsPrevious warehouse or logistics experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift and move heavy items safely ( up to 60 lbs)Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems is a plusComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.)Forklift experience(Certification is an asset)What's in it for you?On-site role in Waterloo, ON — work from our physical office in the heart of Waterloo.Competitive base wage — straightforward, guaranteed fixed pay as part of your compensation package.
