You will apply extensive in-depth knowledge to present a broad array of products and services to clients including individual equities, fixed-income offerings, managed products, third-party investments and insurance, and other solutions to meet clients’ financial needs. As a senior consultant, you will have ownership of processes and milestones, connecting people and networks, and drawing on the Bank’s broader team and supporting our community. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.How you’ll succeedClient Service – Develop strong and effective working relationships with clients and third parties, such as Accountants working with clients.Administrative Support – Request information and documentation from clients to open accounts. Plan and organize activities and required resources to ensure smooth running of office. Prepare and distribute documentation and information to clients including marketing materials, servicing packages, and proposals.Operational Support – Support the Investment Counselor through the Investment Policy cycle from creation to trading implementation.Who you areYou have a degree in business or a related field. Completion of CSC is an asset.You put our clients first. You have well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills and the ability to exercise good judgement independently. You provide a high level of customer service and ensure problem resolution and follow-up as required.You can demonstrate knowledge of daily market activities sufficient to provide/explain information to clients.
