- Serve walk-in customers at Durabuilt showrooms and guide them through product options
- Manage all incoming sales leads including phone, email, website, and showroom inquiries
- Support and grow contractor and small trade accounts through quoting, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate window and door solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and documentation using CRM and quoting tools
- Proactively follow up on open opportunities to drive timely decisions
- Build and maintain a personal book of business through repeat customers and referrals
- Collaborate with outside sales, installation, service, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- High conversion rates on inbound and showroom leads
- Consistent achievement of monthly sales and activity targets
- Strong responsiveness and follow-up discipline
- Growing contractor and repeat customer base
- Accurate, well-managed pipeline in CRM
- Positive customer feedback and strong internal partnerships
- Proven success in inside sales, customer-facing sales, or account management
- Comfort selling premium or technical products
- Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Highly organized with strong time and pipeline management
- Confident using CRM systems and digital quoting tools
- Professional, service-oriented approach with walk-in and trade customers
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset, but not required
- Relevant sales experience and proven performance are the primary qualifications
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, B2C sales, or account management
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally when required
- Experience working with contractors or trade customers is an asset
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
- Competitive base salary of $50,000 + commission, with potential earnings of $90,000–$120,000 (no cap)
