We pride ourselves on delivering a supportive experience for our customers and a respectful, collaborative workplace for our team.As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for an Administrative Support / Customer Service Representative who brings strong technical aptitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help people.The RoleThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relations, helping customers, solving problems and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. You will be a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, using both your administrative and technical skills to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and empathetic—someone who understands that storage is often connected to important life moments for our customers.The role is in-person two days a week at our Etobicoke facility and two days at our Mississauga facility with a long three-day weekend every week.What You’ll Do
  • Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Swiftly build rapport on the phone through new inbound calls
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, account support, and issue resolution
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and general service support
  • Troubleshoot basic software, system, and platform issues, escalating when appropriate
  • Clearly explain processes and technical issues in a calm, easy-to-understand manner
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and account information
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks and documentation
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
What You Bring
  • Good people skills, listening and rapport building abilities
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working with multiple systems and software tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical or system issues
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • An empathetic, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Previous customer service and/or outbound calling experience
  • Proven reliability, punctuality, and accountability
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
Nice to Have
  • Call centre experience , particularly in a customer service or support environment
  • Experience in administrative support, customer service, or service-based industries
Work Environment
  • Full-time, daytime hours
  • This is a rotating role between two facilities in Etobicoke and Mississauga - two days at each location and a three-day weekend.
  • No remote or hybrid work options
  • Locations are: 2525 Royal Windsor Dr, Mississauga , ON L5J 1K9 &
  • 300 Evans Ave. , Etobicoke, ON M8Z 1K4
  • $40,000/- per annum
