OverviewExperience
  • 3–5 years of construction inspection experience on civil, rail, industrial, or utility projects
  • Prior experience working at active construction site or heavy industrial environment strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with contractor oversight, daily reports, field documentation, and safety compliance
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
Education
  • Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site construction inspection and field oversight to support safe, high-quality project delivery in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
  • Conduct daily field inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and construction activities meet project requirements
  • Document site conditions, progress, and issues through daily reports, photos, and coordination with the project team
  • Coordinate with contractors and field personnel to identify, communicate, and help resolve construction, safety, or quality issues
  • Travel to project sites, as required, including driving to multiple locations and support of extended (30+ day) field assignments

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
