You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the optimal maintenance and operational readiness of rolling stock equipment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Operation and Maintenance, Technical Publication, Training, and Special Tools), liaise with both internal and external partners to ensure project success, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service strategies.You’ll specifically take care of analyzing and validating maintenance elements from the design stage, but also producing key deliverables such as maintenance plans and life cycle cost (LCC) evaluations.We’ll look to you for:Analyzing, optimizing, and validating support and maintenance elements from the design stageProposing design improvements to integrate maintenance constraintsEnsuring the export of LSA requirements to suppliers through tendersUsing operational feedback to improve service strategiesPerforming maintainability demonstrations and maintenance optimizationsProducing LSA deliverables such as maintenance plans and initial provisioning listsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
