Support a national valuations team with market research and valuation of agricultural assets. You’ll work closely with internal partners in the Operations division to mitigate credit risk.What you’ll do:
  • Research the local marketplace
  • Appraise agricultural assets for collateral
  • Review internal appraisals
  • May travel to FCC offices in your region
  • Occasionally perform site inspections
  • Coach and help train Operations colleagues
  • Contribute market analysis and appraisal expertise to the annual FCC Farmland Values Report

What you’ll need:
  • A diploma or a degree in business or agriculture and at least three years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Knowledge of appraisal practices and agriculture industry trends
  • Demonstrated research ability
