Reporting to the Manager, Insight Integration, you will be accountable for both hands-on insight development and day-to-day leadership of the Insight Consultant, ensuring the timely, high-quality delivery of guardrail documents and insight outputs that inform category, banner, and enterprise priorities.This role blends people leadership, strategic thinking, and data fluency. You will be responsible for translating customer, market, and internal performance data into clear insights and strategic direction that influences decision-making across the organization.Lead Insight Delivery & ExecutionLead and coach Insight Consultants to deliver guardrail documents, insight packs, and strategic materials on time and on qualityOwn planning, prioritization, and execution of insight workstreams, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are consistently metReview and enhance insight outputs to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance for senior and executive audiencesAssume ownership of the Medallia customer NPS platform, leading the transformation of insights, use cases, and application to support strategic decision‑makingEnhance Insight Content & GenerationDrive the continuous improvement of insight content, frameworks, and storytelling approaches to increase impact and adoptionPartner with analytics, AI, and data teams to refine how insights are generated, automated, and scaledIdentify gaps or opportunities in existing insight outputs and proactively recommend enhancementsTranslate Data into Strategic DirectionBring a strong understanding of available customer, market, performance, and competitive data, and how to synthesize it into actionable insightsTranslate insights into coherent strategic direction through measurable KPIs that informs category strategies, banner roadmaps, and enterprise prioritiesConnect insights across initiatives (e.g., Guardrails, Roles & Intents, Demand Zones, Micro-Occasions) to ensure alignment and consistencyWhat You Bring4–7 years of relevant experience in insights, strategy, or analytics, retail experience strongly preferredDemonstrated experience leading or mentoring others and managing work delivery against deadlinesHands‑on experience using AI tools, prompt techniques, or automated workflows to support analysis, insight development, or content generation is considered a strong assetStrong proficiency in Excel and/or other data manipulation and analysis tools is required; comfort working hands‑on with data is essentialStrong understanding of data sources (customer, transactional, market, competitive) and how to translate data into insightsProven ability to connect insights to strategic implications and enterprise prioritiesExceptional critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in ambiguous environmentsStrong communication and storytelling skills, with experience creating executive‑ready presentationsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on executionDemonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments, where problems and paths forward are not fully definedStrong self‑starter with a track record of turning unclear problems into structured, actionable outputsUniversity or College degree required; MBA considered a strong assetWe’re always looking for great talent!
