Be familiar with all transactions and services being provided to the customer.
Process customer service transactions quickly, professionally, and efficiently.
Keep all the information provided by customers and obtained on the computer database confidential.
Follow Company and ServiceOntario standards, policies and procedures.
Strictly follow cash handling and controlled stock handling procedures.
Follow the Company dress code.
Mandatory 4 to 8 weeks of full-time training.
Mandatory Saturday assistance (9 am - 1 pm)
Be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Job Requirements: The successful candidate must enjoy dealing with the public, be well organized, detail-oriented, have good typing skills and be comfortable using a computer that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to costumers.
