As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of their products while maintaining a safe and organized working environment for the team members.Key Responsibilities
1-Team Leadership
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory control, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct safety training and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents or near misses.
- Maintain high standards of product quality during handling and storage.
- Perform quality checks and inspections as necessary.
- Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
