Iovate Health Sciences International Inc. is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Digital Content Creator to join our team!We're looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our dynamic inhouse creative team that is fully dedicated to producing fast, high-impact organic video content. While our current team is excellent at big-picture campaigns and crafted creative, this is about complementing that with someone who's hyper-focused on feeding the social ecosystem with high-frequency, low-lift content that builds engagement and visibility over time. Think of it as an always-on creator seat - someone with the instincts and skillset to experiment, iterate, and deliver at the speed culture moves.You'll need to be an engaging storyteller and creative thinker with excellent video and camera skills, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about social media, creator culture, fitness and wellness and you love coming up with new and exciting ways to connect with audiences, this might be the perfect job for you.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling and engaging multimedia content that tells a cohesive brand story across all digital channels.
  • Shoot and edit using your phone or lightweight cameras - no huge crews or overthinking
  • Lead the creation of organic and paid content that resonates across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat
  • Be a subject matter expert on social media trends and platform-native content creation, prioritizing video creation on TikTok and Instagram
  • Be a driver of unique ideas, often times thinking ahead of the curve, steering trend curation and thumb-stopping content audiences want to rewatch, share, and continuously tune in.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, brand and social to align on objectives, brainstorm innovative ideas, make recommendations, develop content creation strategies, and iterate creative execution based on learnings and performance metrics.
  • Skilled with lighting, filming, and editing videos that entertain and engage our customers with our brands, people, and products.
  • Use motion graphics animation software and AI to create scroll-stopping digital content.
Qualifications:
  • Be on top of internet culture, emerging trends, sound bites, and memes (and know how to adapt them fast)
  • Bring ideas to the table daily - from trending formats to original concepts
  • Have a strong visual mindset and understanding of the video composition and pacing
  • 3-5 years’ experience in professional videography and digital content creation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects
  • An understanding of composition, lighting, animation, design, and typography.
  • A marketing mindset and knowledge of digital marketing, including platform-specific requirements and trends for social media, digital display ads, email, websites, etc.
  • A strong portfolio/demo reel which illustrates your best work so far.
  • Have strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction and bring it to life through video techniques.
  • Motion graphics, 3D animation and knowledge of emerging AI tools is an asset
