The Capital Markets Solutions Department, part of the Business Services sector, is seeking a business analyst to support projects within Capital Markets. In this role, the analyst assesses internal client needs to design and build business and IT solutions. They help coordinate and implement development initiatives and IT patches. They contribute to foundational solution design for various trading desks, such as the fixed-income and equity desks, and address regulatory and operational requirements. They work closely with the project sponsor, project manager, architects, product owner and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution. More specifically, you will be required to:Analyze client needs and business processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectivesCollaborate with internal teams to understand their equity and securities financing requirementsPrepare and present clear, concise business deliverables to key players (front office, middle office, back office, Finance, Legal, Compliance, etc.).
