- Supporting discovery activities to identify and document business requirements
- Designing functional solutions and process flows
- Working with technical teams on configuration, integrations, and testing
- Creating functional mock-ups or demos
- Participating in client workshops, demonstrations, and training
- Assisting in solution rollout and post go live support
- Contributing to project documentation and status reporting
- Collaborating with cross functional Deloitte teams to deliver value to financial services clients
- 2–4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or nCino
- Strong understanding of financial services processes (banking, lending, onboarding, KYC, etc.)
- Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and designing process flows
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile preferred)
- Strong communication skills and experience working with both business and technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Salesforce Certifications (Admin, FSC, Business Analyst) or nCino Certifications (any Functional Certification [Commercial Banking, Retail, or Treasury] or Configuration Certification)
- Experience on at least one Salesforce or nCino implementation project
- Experience in the Canadian financial services industry
- Comfort facilitating client workshops or demos
