Job Description:The OpportunityJoin our team as a POS Systems Administrator and gain hands-on experience supporting and improving large-scale retail and ecommerce systems used across multiple ski resorts.What You'll Work On
  • Support and maintain a multi-resort Point-of-Sale (POS) and ecommerce system
  • Investigate system issues, troubleshoot root causes, and help implement practical solutions
  • Assist in improving system performance and identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and revenue
  • Collaborate with business teams (marketing, operations, resort staff) to manage product listings and system updates
  • Analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making with insights from the POS system
  • Create clear documentation and “how-to” guides for system users
  • Communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders via Teams, email, and phone

  • Comfortable asking questions and working with different teams

  • Experience with POS systems, databases, or data tools
  • Basic understanding of retail, ecommerce, or transaction systems
  • Customer service or team-based work experience
  • Interest in skiing, snowboarding, or outdoor activities
