Salary: $25.00-$28.00/hourThis posting is for an existing vacancy. Our client in Toronto, ON is actively looking for a Treasury Coordinator to join their team.Position Description:Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Reviewing and reconciling day-to-day cash activities.
- Documenting transactions and updating subledgers and SAP.
- Analyzing and interpreting financial data.
- Preparing cash forecasts.
- Developing cash management strategies.
- Preparing and presenting regular treasury reports, budgets, financial documents, and strategies to management.
- Implementing and following treasury policies and procedures.
- Maintaining treasury management systems/software.
- Prepare and keep lease records updated on a timely basis.
- Ensure lease software is updated regularly and accurate to ensure all leases are correctly presented in the financial statements.
- Prepare and update CapEx reports for management.
- Assist with annual audit requests.
- Ensuring that the organization is compliant with all financial and legal regulations.
- Travel and / or extended or off work hours may be required.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field.
- Experience in drafting and implementing company policies
- 3-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of accounting standards (U.S GAAP and/or IFRS), audit and COSO Internal Control Framework
- Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems, SAP a plus Skills / Abilities
- Result-oriented approach with hands-on execution capability
- Flexible, strategic team player
- Ability to work independently, a self-starter
- Abilities to advise peers and superiors effectively
- Can be both detailed oriented and have big picture thinking
