As a member of the Leadership Team, you will oversee key operational priorities, develop strategic goals, and provide regular progress updates directly to the CEO.   • Provide direction, training, and guidance to the operations team to achieve organizational excellence.
  • Develop strategic plans for the business unit, aligning short- and long-term goals with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee the organization's budget process, establish timelines, and ensure accountability across the management team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability while setting priorities to achieve departmental goals.
  • Provide vision and leadership to support company growth and financial sustainability.
  • Lead and implement key operational initiatives that align with strategic objectives.
  • Motivate and mobilize teams to meet organizational objectives, utilizing metrics to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and best practices for employee and workplace safety.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze operational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Champion and lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Program to enhance client interactions and satisfaction.
