- preparing functional design documents, and
- developing support documentation to meet both current and future business needs.
- self-identifies as First Nations (Status or Non-Status), Inuit, or Métis in Canada
- has 3+ years’ experience in Benefits or Benefits implementation with Dayforce
- has in-depth knowledge of benefits setup, testing, and deployment of benefits features within Dayforce.
- has the ability to address and resolve system issues related to benefits administration, eligibility and enrollments.
- can evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend system enhancements to clients to increase efficiency and accuracy in benefits administration
- has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record in managing client relationships, providing clear guidance, and managing expectations
- demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions
- is familiar with or willing to learn generative AI tools
