  • Answer phones, direct calls, & take urgent messages
  • Greet visitors, respond to inquiries and execute solutions as needed
  • Utilize computer system to document & provide administrative support throughout the office
  • Data entry for file maintenance
  • General administrative support
  • Scheduling, calendar management, office catering
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior Reception, Executive Assistant, and/or Administrative Support experience
  • Professional communication in English
  • Strong ability to take initiative & provide assistance
