Lead and mentor the sales strategy team to optimize performance and foster professional growth.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely insights.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and finance teams to support sales initiatives.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales strategy, sales management, or related roles.
Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
