Bourassa & Sons, a Redhead Equipment company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Warranty Administrator (Permanent Part-time) at our Assiniboia location.At Redhead Equipment, we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for over 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.The Warranty Administrator will support our service department by completing all aspects of the warranty process. This position is a permanent part time, hours are approximately 20 to 30 hours per week.
Key Abilities:
Diligent and detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Solid understanding of Agricultural, Trucking and/or Construction equipment warranty processes.
Review and analyze warranty claims for accuracy and completeness
Demonstrated problem solving aptitude
Must be customer focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
Above average computer skillsIdeal candidate will possess the following:
Experience in a dealership warranty position
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Experience with Intellidealer would be an assett
