Receive, store, and issue spare and replacement parts, equipment, and expendable items used in the repair or maintenance of highway trucks, trailers, pumps, vacuum trucks and related equipment;

Develop a thorough understanding of our Fleet Software to facilitate and manage the replenishment and allocation of parts;

Communicate all issues related to the ordering and replenishment process to stakeholders;

Work closely with the service technicians to identify parts and assemblies required to complete in-shop jobs;

Develop strong relationships with suppliers and contacts, and continually monitor preferred vendors and parts availability;

Delegate the resources needed to, or drive to pick up incoming parts or deliver parts to other locations;

Reconcile invoices and receipts for fleet and inventory purchases.

About You

1-3 years of experience in the fleet industry preferred;

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn;

Organizational and time management skills;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Experience with fleet software programs and systems an asset;

Knowledge of mechanical parts and processes;

Driver’s abstract in good standing.
