- Greets and seats guests using pleasant and proper etiquette.
- Answers the telephone using proper phone etiquette.
- Assists in maintaining a clean and safe working environment as required.
- Assists servers with serving food to guest as required.
- Ensures that cutlery and glassware is clean and polished as required.
- Removes and transports dishes from tables to kitchen area immediately after customer departs.
- Assists in clean-up of spillage during mealtime.
- Serves food according to established standards of service.
- Clears and resets tables swiftly and efficiently.
- Stocks and portions food items as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven organization and people skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during a shift.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Able to handle high volume and a fast pace environment.
- Able work all shifts, weekends and holidays including grave shift.
- Minimum of 1-year restaurant experience in a high-volume restaurant.
