We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.What will your typical day look like?We're looking for a skilled Data Lake Reporting Analyst to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining our data lake reporting environment. You'll work closely with experienced data analysts and engineers to deliver impactful reports that help us understand our business better. Key responsibilities include:Leadership & Strategy:
  • Collaborate closely with senior data analysts and engineers, contributing to the development and implementation of our reporting strategy.
  • Learn and apply industry best practices for data warehousing, reporting, and visualization.
Data Lake Reporting Environment:
  • Become proficient in navigating and understanding data lake architecture.
  • Assist in implementing data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
  • Work alongside data engineers to understand and optimize data pipelines for reporting needs.
Report & Dashboard Development:
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reports and dashboards, working with senior team members.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using visualization tools like Power BI, focusing on key business metrics.
  • Contribute to building interactive and user-friendly reporting solutions for diverse stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Participate in meetings with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs.
  • Develop your communication skills to effectively present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Assist in providing support and training to end-users on reporting tools and data interpretation

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data lake architectures, data modelling, and ETL processes.
  • Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
