- You will be the sole User Researcher on the Sago Mini team, managing several projects on your own.
- Find innovative ways to recruit both new users and existing users to participate in online and in-person playtesting sessions (ages 2-8)
- Conduct semi-structured interviews with parents
- Design surveys to send to Piknik subscribers
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from interviews/surveys/playtesting
- Explore using different research methodologies to understand our audience and consumers
- Create multimedia presentations that include actionable insights, suggestions, and recommendations translated into easily accessible information
- Share findings with relevant stakeholders and to the wider company
- 3-5 years of experience in testing/playtesting with kids and families
- Strong research background in child development
- Passionate about creating positive, educational experiences for children
- Personable, welcoming, and friendly
- Empathy and a desire for a strong understanding of your users
- Great at gathering information from many stakeholders and filtering to achieve the best solutions
- Great storytelling skills for presenting information
