- Please note this Sales Director position is designed for established Staffing Agency sales and business development professionals and there is no base salary. This is a high paying 100% commission-based role. In order to qualify applicants must have minimum of 3+ years recent experience performing sales duties within a staffing agency or recruitment firm environment.
