  • Please note this Sales Director position is designed for established Staffing Agency sales and business development professionals and there is no base salary. This is a high paying 100% commission-based role. In order to qualify applicants must have minimum of 3+ years recent experience performing sales duties within a staffing agency or recruitment firm environment.

The OpportunityWe are looking for experienced Sales and Business Development professionals from within the Recruitment and Staffing Industry who have a proven track record of success, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an alignment with RIM’s Core Values.Candidates will be performing sales, business development and account management duties.Candidates work within a true team-based environment where collaboration is the cornerstone of success. CompensationRecruiting in Motion pays excellent commissions on direct-hire placements and temp/contract net margin placements (Please note as a Sales Director there is no base salary.
