- We are recruiting for a Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital Product Team. This team works closely with all areas of Global Wealth Management to deliver strategic initiatives that enhance client experiences and drive digital transformation.
- As a Digital Business Analyst, you will report into Senior Product Owner and play a critical role in shaping client-facing authenticated platforms by translating digital product strategies into actionable requirements.

- Requirement Elicitation & Analysis:
o Translates high-level epics from the Product Owner / Manager into detailed user stories.
o Defines precise and testable acceptance criteria for each user story
- Process & System Analysis:
o Works with the technical team to understand system capabilities and constraints, and documents APIs contracts in the user stories.
o Support the design of future-state processes that improve client, advisor, and operational experiences.
- Collaboration & Facilitation:
o Facilitates workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and build consensus among stakeholders in partnership with the Digital Product Owner / Manager.
o Clearly communicate trade-offs, impacts, and dependencies in business terms.
o Works closely with the design team to ensure that the visual design and user experience are accurately translated into functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Agile Team Support:
o Partner with technical and delivery teams to ensure business intent is accurately reflected in solutions.
o Participates actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
o Clarifies requirements and answers questions from the development and QA teams throughout the sprint.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in complex, enterprise environments (Experience in illustrating/documenting business processes)
- 5+ years of experience with customer journey mapping, story mapping, and value-driven backlog design.
- 5+ years of Training / Experience in Agile working models (Experience in writing user stories and documenting acceptance criteria)
- Demonstrated superior computer skills, including MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- 5+ years of experience with Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong financial services industry experience
- Broadridge experience
- Familiarity with client facing applications (brokerage, wealth management solutions)
- Knowledge of Wealth Management concepts (financial planning, estate planning, succession planning, investments etc.)
- Experience facilitating workshops, working sessions, and cross-functional discussions.
- Ability to think holistically across channels, systems, and user personas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to stakeholders and operational audiences.
- University degree, college diploma or equivalent experience
- The ideal candidate would have strong Wealth Management experience and would have exposure/direct experience with Broadridge.
- 1-2 rounds:- 1st round – HM + Product Owner/BSA – 30 mins – in-person preferred (behavioural, situational, experience-related questions)
- 2nd round – HM + one – 30 mins – virtual or in-person – (case study will be given at the end of the first interview, candidate will present their findings in 2nd round)
