- Provide hands-on functional support during weekly and off-cycle payroll runs, partnering closely with the Payroll team to resolve system-related issues and ensure timely processing.
- Understand and support the integration and interaction between Time & Absence and Payroll
- Configure and support Time & Absence, including rules, overtime, absence plans and accruals, approval workflows, and integration with Payroll for accurate and compliant payroll processing.
- Support legislative updates, year-end activities, and compliance-driven system changes.
- Configure and maintain Fast Formulas, eligibility profiles, payroll elements, balances, and related setups.
- Configure, maintain, and support end-to-end payroll costing processes and associated reporting requirements, including audit support and reconciliation activities
- Evaluate and document system changes, including quarterly updates, patches, enhancements, and defect resolutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT technical teams to analyze and prioritize requirements; manage work through JIRA/CAB processes for development, testing, and deployment.
- Partner with technical resources on reporting and development items by providing clear functional requirements, testing support, and validation.
- Analyze and validate payroll and time-related data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain functional design and configuration documentation.
- Minimum 4 + years of hands-on experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, with strong emphasis on:
- Payroll
- Time & Labor
- Absence Management
- Strong understanding of:
- Payroll legislative rules and compliance requirements
- Year-end payroll processing
- How Time & Absence data flows into Payroll
- Payroll integrations and data validation controls
- Experience supporting live payroll cycles in a production environment.
- Working knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reporting (ability to define requirements and validate outputs in partnership with technical teams).
- Strong experience with:
- Fast Formulas
- Functional configuration and impact analysis
- Quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for payroll and data analysis.
