Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners and advocate for the needs of frontline teams and clients, ensuring integrated service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:Graduate degree in a related field (MBA, MHA, MPH, MSc Health Quality). Experience with healthcare information systems and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma). Knowledge of Alberta/Canada continuing care regulations, reporting, and standards. Familiarity with centralized care models and integrated delivery systems. Project management, healthcare leadership, or related certifications are an asset.
