Were currently hiring a Threader Labourer for a great opportunity with a well-established manufacturing client in Welland. This temporary role is covering a leave and is expected to run until the end of July. It offers competitive pay, shift premiums, and steady full-time hours.Schedule: Rotating 12-hour continental shifts
Wage: $24.10/hour + $0.60 afternoon shift premium + $0.70 night shift premium
Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per weekJob Duties:

Operate equipment required to perform job functions
Complete daily start-up inspections and follow up on preventive maintenance
Lift 1060 lb couplings onto pipe ends
Assist with cleaning machinery
Grind threads using a grinder
Apply thread compound (dope)
Apply striping and stamping to pipes using hand rollers and manual stamps
Power-tighten couplings using an automated system
Maintain handwritten production reports

Job Requirements:

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (minimum)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and continuous heavy lifting
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Reliable transportation
Must pass a criminal background check

Required Equipment:

CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots
