Financial Analyst

- Update financial and cashflow projections on a monthly basis;
- Preparation of interim and year-end audit files;
- Follow-up of various tax files (Canada & USA);
- Follow-up of government rebates;
- Support for consolidation process;
- Follow-up of fixed asset schedules;
- Follow-up on investments;
- Analyze certain items in monthly results, explaining and summarizing variances. Formulate recommendations and follow-up points;
- Analyze certain balance sheet items, explain and summarize variances. Formulate recommendations and follow-up points;
- Ensure uniform application of accounting methods within the various companies (Canada, USA, Mexico);
- Inter-company transfer pricing management;
- Support the Controller and CFO in various projects;
- Support the team in all other accounting functions;
- All other tasks related to the position.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting;
- CPA or equivalent designation
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience;
- Experience in manufacturing industry (asset);
- Experience in an accounting firm (asset);
- Proficiency in Excel at advanced level;
- Mastery of a BI manager, such as Power BI and ERP;
