We take pride in offering a collaborative, inclusive and positive working environment.Job DescriptionReporting to the ERP Manager, the Intern has various tasks to support the Functional Analyst D365 team leading up to the D365 F&O go-live on Dec 31st, 2025. We are looking for someone who has a strong grasp and quick understanding of business processes. From procure to pay, quote to cash, manufacture to stock, all aspects of the business will be reviewed.You will have the opportunity to:
  • Learn Techo-Bloc manufacturing business processes within Microsoft Dynamics F&O ERP system;
  • Draft the documentation of system processes for end-user training guides;
  • Work with subject matter experts and internal Systems team resources to capture business needs for post go-live initiatives;
  • Support Project Managers (Systems and Web) with various administrative tasks;
  • Contribute to Data Migration efforts as required;
  • Assist in testing new development before it goes into Config and Production environments;
  • Acquire Doccentric template building skills and help support versioning of system document and email templates before go-live.
Qualifications
  • Ongoing bachelor’s degree in Business, Information System Management or Computer Science, Supply Chain or related field an asset;
  • Previous work experience an asset;
  • Experience with Microsoft products, ERP experience an asset;
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English (required to support clients across Canada and the U.S.);
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with different business departments an asset;
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment and adaptable to changing priorities;
  • Ability to understand and document business processes, experience an asset.
