You will gain exposure to the technical and administrative coordination on all aspects of the account from processing client requests, reviewing documentation for policy changes to working with the marketing/broking team on negotiating coverage terms on renewal and/or new business clients. As a trainee, you will have the exposure to key business/segment groups in our Halifax Office.How this opportunity is differentYou will participate in an 8-month rotational training program. This opportunity will provide you the foundation and understanding of Aon’s risk management philosophies and processes for a long term fulfilling career. As a participant, you will be aligned with a specific business unit/office and follow a distinct track developmental program. Matched with a mentor to support your integration into Aon, this opportunity is tailored to fit the interests and skills of the trainee. This is an office-based role.Each rotation will involve technical training, on-the-job placements and special projects in the assigned business unit/office. Education:
  • Enrolled in a Post-Secondary degree.
