- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Financial Forecasting team, driving development of the consolidated budget and forecasts
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast company performance and support strategic decision-making
- Prepare quarterly Board and Executive presentations, including KPI reporting and narrative insights
- Coordinate enterprise-wide forecast and budget timelines, deliverables, and process improvements
- Own the corporate and consolidated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts, including key assumptions, trends, and variance analysis
- Partner with operational controllers to integrate business-unit forecasts and oversee G&A cost centre forecasting
- Collaborate with treasury to enhance short-term cash and working capital forecasting, including covenant forecasting and sensitivity analysis
- Champion the use of emerging AI tools to improve forecasting accuracy, analytics, and FP&A efficiency
- Administer and continuously optimize the Oracle EPBCS forecasting platform
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and lead special projects that advance departmental goals
- Support the development and monitoring of the corporate strategic plan
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering, plus a CPA, CFA, CBV, or FPAC designation
- 5+ years leading an FP&A team and 10+ years of progressive finance experience (manufacturing experience is considered an asset)
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency with planning tools (Oracle EPBCS preferred) and advanced Excel skills; formal modeling training an asset
- Skilled in both operational and consolidated financial forecasting
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder across Operations, Senior Management, Accounting, HR, and IT
- Independent self-starter with high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative approach
- Curious, business-minded, and motivated to produce accurate, high-quality results
- Willingness to travel to sites across Canada and the U.S. as required
- This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Calgary Corporate Office
- The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with occasional additional hours as required
