Hamilton, ON | $90K–$110K + benefits | Full-time, PermanentA reputable ICI contractor is looking to add an Estimator to their team in Hamilton. The role is focused on new build and public-sector projects ranging from $1M to $40M. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be hands-on with preconstruction and be part of a stable, well-run business.What you’ll be doing:Preparing estimates for ICI tenders (commercial, institutional, public-sector)Handling full quantity takeoffs and material costingCoordinating with subtrades and suppliers for pricingReviewing drawings and specs to flag scope gaps or risksSupporting bid closings and helping refine budgetsWhat we’re looking for:5+ years of experience estimating ICI projectsStrong takeoff and pricing skillsFamiliarity with CCDC contracts and public tenderingProficiency in Excel and estimating tools (Planswift, Procore Estimating, etc.)Diploma or degree in a construction-related field preferredSalary: $90,000–$110,000 plus benefits
