- 8+ years’ experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.
- Relevant construction management education.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer software, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work efficiently both within a team and independently.
- Experience in Structural steel or pre-engineered steel buildings.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
- Manage all aspects of construction, ensuring effective communication with owners, consultants, and sub-trades.
- Lead on-site personnel, which includes superintendents and/or sub-trades.
- Oversee project initiation, scheduling, and cost control.
- Prioritize and promote safety while ensuring projects are executed on schedule and with high quality.
- Prepare progress invoices, manage change orders to the owner, and oversee purchase orders/change orders to sub-trades.
- Close out projects efficiently and thoroughly.
