Lifemark Health Group is seeking an enthusiastic Junior .NET Developer Intern to join our dynamic Application Development Team in a full-time 3 month internship position. This position reports to the Development Manager, Application Services. You will be mentored by peers to develop features and to support our Clinic Operations Division in software delivery of custom business solutions.About You:You are an individual with technical skills and acumen who is both willing to learn and contribute. You are passionate about coding and someone who enjoys working with JavaScript, C#, SQL and building reliable, bug free web applications. You are committed to start or continue your career creating web applications using dot net and C#.Your Tech Skills:
  • Training, knowledge, and/or experience with web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience using either Visual Studio (2017+) or Visual Studio Code for coding and debugging
  • Formal hands-on training with .NET and C#
  • Formal hands-on training with Databases and SQL
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming

  • Attitude – you learn quickly, take constructive feedback / advice, adapt and apply knowledge
  • Problem solver – you have an analytical mind that can notice patterns and deviations and use logic and imagination to provide workable solutions

Nice To Have:
  • A GitHub account that demonstrates your .NET knowledge and your web application skills
  • Experience (may be an internship) at a company that used .NET and .NET MVC and / or Web API
  • Experience with MSSQL and writing queries
  • Experience or knowledge of JavaScript and/or jQuery
  • Knowledge of GIT as well as branching and merging
Our technology stack is comprised of dot net core (8 & 9), .NET 4 Web Forms (some legacy apps), .NET MVC (with Razor), Web API, Telerik / Kendo UI components, CSS/SCSS, jQuery / JavaScript. Our main storage engine is MS SQL Server and some instances of Redis.
